COLISOL ASPCO - Oral solution
Each 100 ml of COLISOL ASPCO contains:
-Colistin sulphate ……..…. 200 M.I.U.
-Excipients ……..……... up to 100 ml.
Infections due to Colistin sensitive and gram negative bacteria in poultry, calves and lambs, specially in cases of enteritis caused by E.coli, kleibsella, Salmonella, Pasteurella and Pseudomonas.
Orally via drinking water.
-Poultry: 50 ml of the product / 200 liters of drinking water daily for 3 consecutive days.
-Calves& lambs : 0.25 ml of the product / 10 kg B.W twice daily for 3 – 4 consecutive days.
-Polymexins are synergic with sulphonamides & tetracyclines.
-Calves & lambs should not to be treated for more than 4 days due to the possibility of nephrotoxicity.
-Meat: 7 days.
-Eggs: 8 days.
250 ml.
Store in dry & dark place at 15-25° C.
-Colistin should be used in reduced doses in animals with impaired renal functions.
