COXIDOL - Oral solution
Each 100 ml of COXIDOL contains: -Amprolium HCl…….….25 gm. -Excipients……….up to100 ml.
COXIDOL is used for the treatment and prevention of enteric and caecal coccidiosis in poultry (broilers, layers and breeders) caused by E.tenella and E.acervolina. It has a less effect on E.maxima, E.mivati, E.brunetti and E.nicatrix. Treatment of coccidiosis in turkey, rabbits, calves (E. zorni and E.bovise), sheep and goats.
Orally via drinking water.
-Poultry: Treatment:100 ml of the product /100 liters of drinking water for 5 consecutive days. Prevention: 50 ml of the product /100 liters of drinking water for 5 consecutive days. -Calves, sheep and goats: Treatment: 1-2 ml of the product /10 kg B.W. with drinking water for 5 consecutive days. Prevention: 0.5 -1 ml of the product / 10 kg B.W. with drinking water for 5 consecutive days. -Rabbits: Treatment:1 ml of the product /10 kg B.W. with drinking water for 5 consecutive days. Prevention: 0.5 -1 ml of the product / 10 kg B.W. with drinking water for 5 consecutive days.
-Administration of high dose of thiamine may reduce the activity of amprolium.
-Do not use for layers producing eggs for human consumption.
Meat: 3 days
1 liter.
Store in dry & dark place at 15-25° C.
