LEVANIDE - Oral suspension

 

Each 100ml of Levanid contains:
-Levamisole HCl …………3 gm.
-Oxyclozanide ……..…..…6 gm.
-Excipients………..…...….100ml.

LEVANID is recommended for the treatment and control of gastrointestinal round worms, lung worms, nematodes and chronic fasciolasis manifestation in cattles, sheep and goats as well as the elimination of tape worm segments in sheep.

Orally via drench.

-Cattle, sheep and goats: 2.5 ml of the product / 10 kg B.W.

-Cattle must not be treated with in a period of 14 days before or after the treatment with organophosphorus compounds or diethylcarbamazine.

-It is not advice to drench cattles and sheep during one month after parturition unless its necessary.

-Meat: 28 days.

1 liter.

Store in dry & dark places at 15-25° C.

SIDE EFFECTS:
-Diarrhea and loss of appetite may occur In some animal after 1-2 days of treatment.
-Levanide has a transient excitability effect on cattle for a short period after treatment.
PRECAUTIONS:
-Do not exceed the recommended dose.
-Avoid direct contact to the skin and eyes.
-Do not use milk produced from treated animals for human consumption.
