AMPICILLIN-50 - Water soluble powder
Each 1 gm of Ampicillin-50 contains: -Ampicillin trihydrate………500 mg. -Excipients……..……up to 1gm.
Ampicillin-50 is used for the treatment and prevention of digestive, respiratory and urinary tracts infection in poultry, calves and lambs.
Orally via drinking water.
Treatment: -Poultry: 40 gm of the product / 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days. -Calves & lambs: 2 gm of the product/ 50 kg B.W. in drinking water, twice a day for 4 consecutive days. PREVENTION: Half of the treatment doses for the same period.
-Hypersensitivity to penicillins.
-Meat: 5 days. -Eggs: 5 days.
Store in dry & dark places at 15-25° C.
