CEPHALISTIN - Water soluble powder
Each 1 gm of CEPHALISTIN contains: -Cephalexin monohydrate………200 mg. -Colistin sulphate………..….……..50 mg. -Excipients…………….…….…up to 1gm.
CEPHALISTIN is used for the treatment digestive tract infections (enteritis and necrotic enteritis), respiratory tract infections(coryza and air saculitis), uro-genitial tract and skin infections in poultry. It shows a special activity against E.coli, Pasturella, Salmonella, Klebsialla and Psedumonus.
Orally via drinking water.
-100-200 gm of the product / 200 liters of drinking water for 3- 5 days
-Concomitant use with gentamicin may cause nephrotoxicity.
-Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins and/or colistin.
-Meat: 7 days. -Eggs: 8 days.
Store in dry & dark place at 15-25° C.
